This AGREEMENT is made as of {DATE} by Louise Muratori trading as Declutter with Lou and the undersigned client.

Advice

Advice is given in good faith and it is always your decision to accept guidance on whether or not to keep your possessions. Declutter with Loucannot accept any liability for decisions made about your possessions.

You acknowledge that I am not a valuer, nor do I have expertise to identify items of special value or rarity, nor am I qualified to advice on valuation matters for insurance purposes

Removal of items

I will on occasion assist with taking suitable items to Charity shops.

I cannot move or lift very large or heavy items. Should you require disposal of bulky items I can assist in finding a suitable licensed provider.

Safety

Prior to working with you, you agree to disclose any information about the assignment or working environments that might put me at risk of harm or be a danger to my health.

Charges and payment

Pricing starts from £35, per hour. Payment can be made by Cash, BACS, Mastercard or Visa. The Minimum booking is for 4 hours, payable in advance of each session.

My working hours are calculated from the time of arrival to the time of departure in 15 minute increments. The cost of removal and disposal of any items to recycling or charity, agreed by you, will be billed at my hourly rate.

Travel expenses are charged at 45p per mile over 10 miles from PR7, unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement. Any car parking fees will be billed to you. Changes to these payment terms can be made throughout the course of the services by mutual consent.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel or amend my services, 48 hours’ notice is required, otherwise 50% of the planned fee will be charged. I have the right to withdraw my services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance

I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance and can provide details of these if requested.

Confidentiality

All conversations and disclosures made by you will remain confidential, I will not divulge client information to third parties. I may leave a note of your address with a third party (my partner) to ensure my own safety only.
