You don’t need to do it all at once — just one small, mindful step each day.
By the end of this 4-day challenge your phone will be less of a distraction, and you'll find more time in your day
I took part in Lou’s first Declutter Challenge between Christmas & New Year 2025. It made me realise just how much ’stuff’ we keep on our digital devices without giving it a second thought.
I hadn’t even considered my downloads folder. And when I went to my gmail online - heck it had over 500K of emails. I just assumed that because I deleted them from my desktop mailbox they had gone, but no!
I’m getting really good at keeping on top of physical clutter. Thanks to the challenge I’m staying on top of the areas we dealt with. I’ll def be joining Lou’s future challenges!

I know you're busy managing your day to day life, so the challenge is kept as simple as possible! One email a day, sent out at 8am (UK time) and you get to choose when you work on that day's tasks. I don't run a zoom call or Facebook group so there's no logins or other time required.
In the run up to the challenge I'll send you a couple of short emails to set the scene for the 4 days of the challenge.
Great question! Each day's challenge is suitable for iPhones and Android phones like Samsung Galaxy.
As little, or as long as you like - but I recommend between 30 and 45 minutes each day
Don't worry each day the tips contain step-by-step information to help you work through each day's tasks
Hi I'm Lou!
I know exactly how distracting our smartphones can be.
I realised that my phone with it's constant notifications, were draining my energy and disrupting my ability to focus.
So I started experimenting with small, mindful changes: clearing space, setting boundaries, and creating calm in my digital world. The difference was noticeable. I felt lighter, more focused, and more in control of my time and energy.
Now, I help others do the same. This challenge is your invitation to pause, reset, and take back control. You don’t need to be perfect or super organised, just willing to take one small step each day.
